That's my word for the day. A special day. It's my son's 13th birthday. I now have two teenagers in this small house. 13 and 14. Son and daughter. Wow, looking at that makes me kind of wince.
Fortunately for me, my son does not have any teenage crap swirling around in his brain. Or if it is swirling around, he doesn't spew it all over the place like his big sis tends to do.
No, my little man still loves Spiderman, comic books, and going to the drive-in with his mom. We have a great time together as we like similar things. He's a ball to hang out with, better than most adults, which kind of makes me weird or maybe both of us together. Right? Ah, who cares ...
I like who Taigh is turning out to be. While most of his friends have half naked women on their bedroom walls, my son opts for posters of superheroes. While they are hip hopping and wearing big baggy clothes, he's more comfortable with classic rock and jeans that fit his butt. How did I get so lucky?
I don't really know, but today is a busy one. Just stopping by to publicly praise my son and say blargh. Really loving that word, but not more than my boy.
(Photo is months old as I have no time to upload on this pc --son hates the glasses in it & the photo itself-- ... will update tonight or tomorrow with my little man's new short hair)
